Lifetime Warrior Warranty

1. Introduction

At Barbarian Bands, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality tungsten wedding bands. We stand by our craftsmanship and are proud to offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warrior Warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. This policy outlines the coverage and process for warranty claims.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

Barbarian Bands provides a Lifetime Warranty against the following issues:

Defects in Materials and Workmanship: We guarantee that your wedding band will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 

Breakage or Cracking: Tungsten is a highly durable material, but if your band breaks or cracks due to a defect in manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

Sizing Issues: If you find that your band no longer fits properly due to changes in sizing preferences, we offer free exchange/return services. Note that sizing services are subject to our 90-day Exchange/Return Policy.

 

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Tungsten is a highly durable material, but it can still be subject to scratches, dents, or other signs of everyday use.

Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse are not covered under this warranty.

Alterations by Third Parties: Any modifications or alterations made to the band by anyone other than Barbarian Bands will void the warranty.

Loss or Theft: We are unable to replace or repair bands that are lost or stolen.

 

4. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Email Contact: Send an email to contact@barbarianbands.com. Include the following information in your email:

  • Full name
  • Order number 
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs of the band and the issue (if applicable)

Review Process: Our customer service team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution. We may request additional information or require you to send the band to us for inspection.

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair or replace the band at no cost to you, maximum two replacements.
  • Cover shipping costs for sending the band back to you.

 

5. Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the band. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
