Barbarian Bands Exchange/Return Policy

1. Introduction
At Barbarian Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wedding band. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Exchange/Return Policy. This policy outlines the process for exchanging or returning your band and the terms under which these actions can be taken.
2. Exchange/Return Eligibility
You may exchange or return your wedding band for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The band is in its original, unworn condition.
- The band is returned with its original packaging, including any included documentation or accessories.
- The exchange/return request is initiated within 90 days from the purchase date.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange/Return
To begin the exchange or return process, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to contact@barbarianbands.com. Include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or return
- Whether you would like an exchange or a return (please specify the desired item for exchange if applicable)
Return Shipping: Carefully package the band in its original packaging. Attach the return label (if applicable) we provide to you.
4. Processing Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges: If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement band once we receive and inspect the original band. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled according to our current pricing and shipping policies.
Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned band, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Non-Eligible Exchanges/Returns
Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for the following:
- Bands that show signs of wear or have been altered or resized.
- Items returned outside of the 90-day window from the purchase date.
6. Shipping Costs
For Returns: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, although we cover most returns.
For Exchanges: If an exchange is requested, we will cover the return shipping costs in most cases.
